Douglas E. Warren holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Business Manager and Foresic Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan College.
A frequent speaker at conferences and seminars across the country, Doug practices primarily in the areas of taxation, business valuation, fraud examinations and litigation support. Having provided expert testimony in over 35 cases, he continues to oversee the firm’s litigation consulting practice.

David P. Derrick Nelson
Derrick Nelson joined Warren & Tallent CPAs PLLC in February of 2004 as Director of Client Accounting in the Sweetwater location. Derrick manages and is responsible for write up work, audit assistance, tax preparation assistance and leader of client accounting. Derrick holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Susan Shultz
Susan Shultz joined Warren & Tallent CPA’s PLLC in December 2006. Susan holds an Associate Degree in Data Processing Specialist with emphasis in Business Management from CareerCom Business College. Susan is located in the Sweetwater office carrying out secretarial duties for all staff, telecommunications, controlling calendars, tax return assembly and processing IRS correspondence for clients.

Robert S. Tallent, CPA - CFO
Robert (Bobby) S. Tallent, CPA is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. Bobby provides a wide range of services for the firm including business, management, QuickBooks and other accounting software consulting, individual, partnership and corporate tax preparation and non-profit organization audits. Bobby has been conducting non-profit organization audits, as well as, Governmental (OMB) Circular A-133 Single Audits since 1990.
Bobby is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), as well as the American Institute of Certified Accountants (AICPA). Bobby is currently the Treasurer for the Board of Directors of CASA Monore and is also serving on the Board of Children House.

Becky Dockery

Jessica Hamilton
Jessica Hamilton joined Warren & Tallent CPAs PLLC in December of 2010 as a staff accountant. Jessica held a staff accountant position with Eastman Chemical Company for one year in the Capital Asset Accounting department. Jessica had responsibility for internal reporting, analysis, and consultation, and creation and monitoring of capital projects and assets.
Jessica also assisted in the internal audit process and in research for current and proposed accounting standards. Jessica has responsibility at Warren & Tallent CPAs PLLC for tax preparation assistance and compilation and review assistance in the Madisonville office and assists with audit work in the Sweetwater office. Jessica holds a Master of Accounting degree from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from East Tennessee State University.
Jessica Hamilton is an Associate Member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Accountants (TSCPA) as well as Member of the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA). She is also a volunteer for the Tellico Plains Public Library, and leads the Puppet Ministry at Cane Creek Baptist Church.
